Registration Policy
Visitors who are working with a real estate agent must register their agent prior to their initial visit.
Realtors who wish to tour with a client must register their client prior to the initial visit.
Agents must accompany their clients on their first visit to be eligible for any cooperating fees unless otherwise specified by builder.
Failure to register prior to the first visit will result in the broker/agent forfeiting cooperating commission eligibility.
Broker protection is valid for 90 days from the date of registration unless otherwise specified.
If a prospect tours a property with no stated claim of buyer broker representation, no cooperating fee will be offered to any outside broker if said prospect purchases a property within 90 days of the first visit.
